No one every wants to lose data from their computer hard drives, CD's or DVD's,  but unfortunately it does happen. Some times, CD's and DVD's get badly scratch, hard drives start to fail.  If you feel this has happened to you, contact us and we may be able to recover a large portion of your data.  PLEASE do not leave this problem hoping it will go away .. it won't and will only get worse and the worse it gets, the less data that can be recovered.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the recovery of all of your lost data or any portion of it because of the damage that may already have happened to your hard drive ..... but if we cannot recovery any of your data, there is no charge!

It is vitally important as soon as the data loss is noted, that you do not access your hard drive any further, doing so may over write the lost files and if this happens,  they are definitely gone for ever.

Your best defense against data loss is  to create backups of all your critical data either on a removable medium such as Zip disks or burning CD's or DVD's.  We personally use two hard drives in our main computer and NDAS Drive (Network Drive) for all of our work stations.   

In our main computers, one drive is strictly for data backup and is usually smaller then primary hard drive that contains our operating system and programs.    The theory here being that the chances of both hard drives self destructing at the same time is very remote, but is always possible no matter how you store your backups.

We also employ an automatic back up program that takes care of business for us without our involvement and has to date, never let us down. We still however check the back up files on occasion to ensure all is well.  The program we are using is called 'Sync Back Pro'.  Sync Back does make a free version that would serve most home users very well.  It is a little 'techy' to set up, but works very well and is highly regarded.  You can grab a copy here.
